Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

At Sullivan Custom Golf Carts, we strive to provide the lowest prices possible to our customers. All orders under $150.00 ship for a low flat rate of $8.95. Any order over $150 ships for free! Shipping offers and discount rates for orders shipped in the contiguous US only. Orders with multiple items may ship from different suppliers and arrive in separate shipments. We will provide tracking information once your items are shipped.

Shipping is not available for golf carts. Golf carts are sold with local pickup and delivery in the Tulsa, OK and surrounding area only. Please contact us for local delivery charges.

 

Most orders, if placed before 2:00 PM CST Monday - Friday will process in 1 to 2 business days. However, we are experiencing an unusual increase in order volume and certain products may take longer than normal. We appreciate your understanding and patience!

Occasionally, our suppliers may be out of stock without notifying us. In the event our supplier is out of stock, we will immediately refund your order to the original method of payment.

 

If a product is ordered in error and was eligible for free shipping, the customer may be responsible for all shipping costs.

Return & Exchange Policy

Items may be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Products being returned will carry a 15% restocking fee and buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Email us at returns@sullivangolfcarts.com, or call 918-407-1040.  An RMA will be issued to you within 3 business days, and you can then send the unused item back in the original packaging.   Your refund will be processed as quickly as possible less the 15% restocking fee.

Return Requirements:

  • Product must be in original resalable condition.

  • All electrical parts, electrical motors, tools, and controllers are not returnable.

  • Product must be free from scratches and/or defects.

  • Product must not have been installed or used.

  • Returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documents.

  • No writing or labels on the packaging or merchandise.

  • Items received past the 14 days or without an RMA will be disposed of. 

  • Clearance items and special orders will not qualify for return unless defective.

  • It is recommended that you return products in a protective outer box to ensure you receive the full return value less the 15% restocking fee and applicable shipping charges.

  • Return freight charges will be deducted from your refund unless the product is damaged or was shipped incorrectly.   If your package arrived damaged, please report it to us immediately.

 

Refunds

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund status and amount once we have received, inspected, and processed the returned item.    

We will do our best to process the return quickly.  Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number or PayPal account.

We strive to provide you a quality product at a fair price. We offer complete service, installation and repair to the Tulsa and surrounding area, so we actually use many of the products in our own shop, so therefore would be happy to provide you any help we can with your own customization projects.
